12 months, fulltime, nonexempt.  Fluent in Spanish and English.  Responsible for assisting Head Start Staff in providing services to Head Start families including interpreting/translating Head Start and agency forms and information. Knowledgeable about community resources, social and economic problems and resources to assist families in need. High School Diploma, or GED required.  Some college preferred, but not required, plus two years computer experience performing Secretarial/Human Resource, fiscal or accounting duties in an office setting.  Highly preferred working knowledge of MN Rule 3 and Head Start Performance Standards. Former Head Start parents are encouraged to apply.  Must have transportation available for work use.  Reasonable accommodation for special needs will be furnished upon request.  Application deadline is open until filled.
