Responsible For
Build meaningful relationships with families and help create a strong foundation for lifelong success! In this role, you'll partner with families in a respectful, goal-oriented way to strengthen parent-child relationships and promote overall family well-being. You'll honor and respond to each family's unique culture, language, values, and family structure while supporting their safety, health, financial stability, life goals, and aspirations. You'll empower parents in their role as their child's first and lifelong teacher and connect families with valuable community resources that support children's learning, development, and family success. This position also includes bus riding to and from the center, assisting the bus driver, and ensuring all transportation guidelines are followed to help provide a safe and positive experience for every child.
