Everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Join our team at SMOC as a Housing Resource Navigator, and you can help more Minnesotans meet their housing needs and build brighter futures.

Housing Resource Navigators work side-by-side with people experiencing housing insecurity to help assess their needs, set goals, and navigate available resources. With great training and coaching, anyone can make a successful Housing Resource Navigator. Individuals who have lived experience with housing insecurity and homelessness are encouraged to apply.

This is an AmeriCorps member position with Heading Home Corps. By giving your time as a Housing Resource Navigator, you can make an incredible impact in your community as you help more Minnesotans secure safe, stable housing.

Member Perks
  • A paycheck every two weeks
  • Additional money for college tuition or student loans. Members aged 55 and older may gift this to their child, grandchild, stepchild, step-grandchild, or foster child
